Mobile Software Engineer Flutter (80 - 100%) Glattbrugg/Lausanne

Your new challenge

For the continuous and consistent implementation of our Mobile First strategy for SwissID, we are building up and expanding our Mobile Engineering Team. As an experienced Mobile Software Engineer you are familiar with the development of business-critical apps and use your expertise to drive the development of the SwissID App.M

An overview of your tasks

  • Building, deploying, testing, and maintaining mobile applications for Web, iOS and Android
  • Creating functionality for features and taking ownership of features as they evolve
  • Fixing bugs and optimizing existing code to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Conducting and contributing to code reviews for software and active participation in design reviews
  • Working with cross-functional Scrum team members such as product management, backend
  • Responsibility for testing the mobile app and the backend APIs

What you bring along

  • You have a university/technical college degree in computer science or comparable
  • You know how to build and to deploy Flutter or Android NDK applications
  • You have a working background with Flutter State management solutions (E.g. GetX, BLOC, Provider, MobX etc.) / architecture

(Senior) Backend Software Engineer (80 - 100%) Glattbrugg/Lausanne

Your new challenge

As an experienced Backend Software Engineer you not only develop software and software components, but also assist defining the software architectures. Preferably, you are familiar with security topics, so that it is easy for you to analyse software systems with regard to security risks.

An overview of your tasks

  • Analysis of new software requirements for their feasibility and complexity
  • Investigate and assess the feasibility of alternative solutions
  • Define the interfaces to the components (APIs) and the data models used by the systems
  • Write appropriate tests for the software and evaluating tools for software development
  • Analysis of faults and maintenance of existing systems where bugs are identified and implement necessary security measures
  • Designing and implementing software improvements in the software life cycle

What you bring along

Senior Test Automation Engineer (80 - 100%) Glattbrugg/Lausanne

Your new challenge

In a strategic effort SwissSign is building up its future Certificate Authority (CA) infrastructure from ground up. As a Test Automation Engineer in the CA team, you design, develop and maintain automated test cases and reports for our new CA ecosystem, guarantee high test coverage, and apply the best practices of quality assurance in software development lifecycle. Automated testing is a crucial pillar of our quality assurance.

An overview of your tasks:

  • Define and implement the test automation strategy, including contributing to the development of the test automation environment
  • Plan, design and implement automated tests for system, integration, performance, and regression tests and perform testing activities from specification to final implementation
  • Verify functional and non-functional requirements
  • Generate and share timely test reports and test evidence for internal and certification purposes
  • Coach other team members in quality assurance, automation test strategy and methods
  • Active participation in an agile and cross-functional scrum team

What you bring along

  • You have a higher technical education (HF, FH) in computer science, business informatics or a similar education
  • You have a very good level of English (verbal and written); German is a plus but not mandatory
  • As a team player you enjoy working in an agile and cross-functional scrum team
  • You are goal oriented and have good communication skills
  • You have experience with test automation of browser applications and web API's using Selenium, Cucumber, Maven

Your new challenge

As an experienced engineer, you drive automation and standardization and act as a link between the application development and infrastructure teams. You solve incidents skillfully and ensure the highest availability of our applications. You will be a competent sparring partner for the development team when it comes to using the Kubernetes platform and setting up our Gitlab-based build pipelines. You will also help us define and implement standards to increase the efficiency and reliability of our modern infrastructure.

An overview of your tasks

  • Skillful resolution of incidents
  • Ensuring the highest availability of our applications 
  • Effective sparring partner for the development team in using the Kubernetes platform and setting up our Gitlab-based build pipelines 
  • Support in defining and implementing standards that increase the efficiency and reliability of our modern infrastructure

What you bring along

  • Strong and proven experience with Kubernetes and PostgreSQL
  • You are familiar with the following tools or are interested in learning about them: Ansible, openAM, ForgeRock, Java or Golang or Python, Elastic Stack, NSX Advanced Load Balancer, Rancher, GitOps, Monitoring/Alerting
  • Several years of experience with DevOps approaches (technical as well as organizational)
  • Hands-on experience in virtualization, containerization, container orchestration as well as configuration and automation tools
  • Regular participation in the on-call duty
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written), German skills are a plus
Key Account Manager (100%) Glattbrugg/Lausanne

As an experienced sales professional, it is easy for you to win new customers and establish a long-lasting relationship, by aligning their needs with our product portfolio.

An overview of your tasks

  • Identification of customer needs, professional consulting and selling our products to business customers
  • Acquisition of new business customers within the defined industry or target group
  • Responsibility for the entire sales process from initial contact to conclusion of the contract, sometimes with several parties – end customer – partner – integration partner
  • Building, expanding and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
  • Evaluating and identifying sales opportunities within the target markets
  • Development of "customer use cases" in cooperation with the pre-sales team
  • Representation of SwissSign at sales and marketing events

What you bring along

  • Experience and success in the sale of IT services to business customers
  • Relevant experience (at least 6 years) in selling IT services, preferably software solutions to business customers and a good network in the ICT industry
  • Team player with good social skills
  • Ability to grasp complex relationships and present them in a target-group-oriented manner
  • Communicative personality with negotiation and presentation skills
  • University degree or equivalent in the field of economics, computer science or ICT 
  • Fluent in German and English, both in writing and speaking, knowledge of French is a plus
