In dieser vielseitigen und interessanten Funktion erbringst du eine umfassende, kompetente Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Dazu gehört neben dem Bearbeiten von Rechtsfragen im IT- und Wirtschaftsrecht die Überwachung der Rechtskonformität sämtlicher Prozesse und Produkte.
Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:
- Beantwortung von Rechtsfragen der einzelnen Geschäftsbereiche mit den Schwerpunkten Vertrags-, IT- und Gesellschaftsrecht sowie Arbeitsrecht
- Rechtliche Abklärungen für die entsprechenden Geschäftsbereiche
- Rechtliche Beratung der Business Units im Rahmen des operativen Geschäfts sowie Projekten
- Aufsetzen, kontrollieren und verhandeln von Verträgen
- Überwachung der relevanten Gesetzgebung (national und international)
- Unterstützung der verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche bei rechtlichen Diskussionen mit Drittparteien
Was du mitbringst
- Masterabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften (Anwaltspatent in der Schweiz oder in der EU von Vorteil)
- Drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Kanzlei oder einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens Niveau C1), Französischkenntnisse B1 sind erwünscht
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen und internationalen Vertrags- und Gesellschaftsrechts
- Erfahrung im wirtschaftsrechtlichen Umfeld sowie im nationalen und europäischen Datenschutzrecht (DSG, DSGVO)

Customer Support Specialist (80-100%) Glattbrugg
Your new challenge
As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the business card of our company. With your
communication skills and understanding of technology, you handle enquiries from our SwissID users
and offer them assistance with our processes such as online identity verification.
You also support our business customers with enquiries about digital signatures and certificates and
you support the processing of faults from the end customer 1st level support. Your hands-on
mentality helps you keep a cool head even in hectic times.
An overview of your tasks
- Receiving technical customer enquiries for Swiss ID users by telephone,
- ticketing system or e-mail
- Rapid response and processing as well as complete and correct documentation of customer
- enquiries in FRENCH and GERMAN
- Error analysis and solution finding
- Processing and documentation of tickets in the fault system
- Forwarding requests that are not directly solved to the appropriate departments
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Mobile Software Engineer Flutter (80 - 100%) Glattbrugg/Lausanne
Your new challenge
For the continuous and consistent implementation of our Mobile First strategy for SwissID, we are building up and expanding our Mobile Engineering Team. As an experienced Mobile Software Engineer you are familiar with the development of business-critical apps and use your expertise to drive the development of the SwissID App.M
An overview of your tasks
- Building, deploying, testing, and maintaining mobile applications for Web, iOS and Android
- Creating functionality for features and taking ownership of features as they evolve
- Fixing bugs and optimizing existing code to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
- Conducting and contributing to code reviews for software and active participation in design reviews
- Working with cross-functional Scrum team members such as product management, backend
- Responsibility for testing the mobile app and the backend APIs
What you bring along
- You have a university/technical college degree in computer science or comparable
- You know how to build and to deploy Flutter or Android NDK applications
- You have a working background with Flutter State management solutions (E.g. GetX, BLOC, Provider, MobX etc.) / architecture
- You have hands-on experience with Firebase (deeplinks, remote config), application security, and/or docker deployment models
- You are fluent in English, German skills are nice to have

Key Account Manager (100%) Glattbrugg/Lausanne

As an experienced sales professional, it is easy for you to win new customers and establish a long-lasting relationship, by aligning their needs with our product portfolio.
An overview of your tasks
- Identification of customer needs, professional consulting and selling our products to business customers
- Acquisition of new business customers within the defined industry or target group
- Responsibility for the entire sales process from initial contact to conclusion of the contract, sometimes with several parties – end customer – partner – integration partner
- Building, expanding and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
- Evaluating and identifying sales opportunities within the target markets
- Development of "customer use cases" in cooperation with the pre-sales team
- Representation of SwissSign at sales and marketing events
What you bring along
- Experience and success in the sale of IT services to business customers
- Relevant experience (at least 6 years) in selling IT services, preferably software solutions to business customers and a good network in the ICT industry
- Team player with good social skills
- Ability to grasp complex relationships and present them in a target-group-oriented manner
- Communicative personality with negotiation and presentation skills
- University degree or equivalent in the field of economics, computer science or ICT

Application Engineer with Kubernetes and PostgreSQL (80 - 100%) Glattbrugg/Lausanne
Your new challenge
As an experienced engineer, you drive automation and standardization and act as a link between the application development and infrastructure teams. You solve incidents skillfully and ensure the highest availability of our applications. You will be a competent sparring partner for the development team when it comes to using the Kubernetes platform and setting up our Gitlab-based build pipelines. You will also help us define and implement standards to increase the efficiency and reliability of our modern infrastructure.

- Several years of experience with DevOps approaches (technical as well as organizational)
- Hands-on experience in virtualization, containerization, container orchestration as well as configuration and automation tools
- Regular participation in the on-call duty
- Very good English skills (spoken and written), German skills are a plus
