Technical Pre Sales Engineer (80-100%, m/w) Glattbrugg/Lausanne

Your new challenge

As the technical expert and trusted advisor to our Center of Excellence and our customers during the pre-sales and integration phase, you will work closely with customers to understand and solve their technical requirements and problems. 
 

An overview of your tasks

  • Understand customer requirements and identify potential problems that may occur with the product or service
  • Coordinate with product management and development teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and can be produced cost-effectively
  • Advising clients to determine their needs and preferences and help them choose the right products or Services
  • Planning, provision and execution of proof of concepts (PoC) including technical connections for the customer
  • Price negotiations with customers or other parties involved in the project
  • Preparation of detailed plans for the project's schedule, project specifications, e.g. scope of work, required materials and requirements for personnel
  • Identify business issues, requirements und technologies with a constant drive to stay current and understand where the market is headed

What you bring along

Head of Quality Assurance IT (80-100%, m/f) Glattbrugg

Your new challenge

You create added value by contributing your knowledge and experience with the quality assurance team to QA-relevant tasks such as audits, specifications, validations, QA testing in pre-production and plroduction environments, product quality reports, etc., in close contact with the Product Owner, Product Manager, Architect, Compliance.
 

An overview of your tasks

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures  that are among the best in the industry
  • Oversee the design and development of test plans and test cases for software products
  • Coordinating the release plans of our products and minimizing the manual testing effort
  • Monitoring the progress of the project and its quality as well as the status communication to the management board and internal stakeholders

Customer Support Specialist (80-100%) Glattbrugg

Your new challenge

As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the business card of our company. With your communication skills and understanding of technology, you handle enquiries from our SwissID users and offer them assistance with our processes such as online identity verification.
You also support our business customers with enquiries about digital signatures and certificates and you support the processing of faults from the end customer 1st level support. Your hands-on mentality helps you keep a cool head even in hectic times.


An overview of your tasks

  • Receiving technical customer enquiries for Swiss ID users by telephone,
  • ticketing system or e-mail
  • Rapid response and processing as well as complete and correct documentation of customer
  • enquiries in FRENCH and GERMAN
  • Error analysis and solution finding
  • Processing and documentation of tickets in the fault system
  • Forwarding requests that are not directly solved to the appropriate departments
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Mobile Software Engineer Flutter (80 - 100%) Glattbrugg

Your new challenge

For the continuous and consistent implementation of our Mobile-First Strategy for SwissID, we are building up and expanding our Mobile Engineering Team. As an experienced Mobile Software Engineer you are familiar with the development of business-critical apps and drive the development of the SwissID app with your know-how. 
 

An overview of your tasks

  • Build, deploy, test and manage mobile applications for web, iOS and Android
  • Creating functionality for features and taking ownership of features as they are developed
  • Fixing bugs and optimizing existing code to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Implementation and participation in code reviews for software and active participation in design reviews
  • We are currently migrating from Xamarin to Flutter, and this is the area of expertise that would be additional asset
  • Collaboration with cross-functional Scrum team members such as product management, backend
  • Responsibility for testing the mobile app and backend APIs
     

What you bring along

  • You have a university or technical college degree in computer science or comparable
  • You know how to build and deploy Flutter or Android NDK applications, or you are willing to learn Flutter and already have expertise in Xamarin
  • Nice to have a working background with Flutter State Management solutions (e.g. GetX, BLOC, Provider, MobX etc.) / architecture
  • You have practical experience with Firebase (deeplinks, remote configuration), application security and/or Docker deployment models

  • Identification of customer needs, professional consulting and selling our products to business customers

Application Engineer with Kubernetes and PostgreSQL (80 - 100%) Glattbrugg/Lausanne

Your new challenge

As an experienced engineer, you drive automation and standardization and act as a link between the application development and infrastructure teams. You solve incidents skillfully and ensure the highest availability of our applications. You will be a competent sparring partner for the development team when it comes to using the Kubernetes platform and setting up our Gitlab-based build pipelines. You will also help us define and implement standards to increase the efficiency and reliability of our modern infrastructure.

  • Skillful resolution of incidents
  • Ensuring the highest availability of our applications 
  • Effective sparring partner for the development team in using the Kubernetes platform and setting up our Gitlab-based build pipelines

What you bring along

  • Strong and proven experience with Kubernetes and PostgreSQL
  • You are familiar with the following tools or are interested in learning about them: Ansible, openAM, ForgeRock, Java or Golang or Python, Elastic Stack, NSX Advanced Load Balancer, Rancher, GitOps, Monitoring/Alerting
  • Several years of experience with DevOps approaches (technical as well as organizational)
  • Hands-on experience in virtualization, containerization, container orchestration as well as configuration and automation tools
  • Regular participation in the on-call duty
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written), German skills are a plus
